Orbit Workforce Terms

Service

Orbit Workforce provides subscription software for workforce, payroll-record, document, complaint, and inventory administration. Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of information entered into the service.

Accounts

Company administrators control workspace users and must protect credentials. Accounts may not be shared outside the subscribing organization.

Billing

Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Plan limits apply to employees, staff accounts, and file storage. Taxes may be added where required.

Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with availability.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to maintenance and reasonable availability. Final legal terms, liability limits, governing law, and support commitments must be reviewed by qualified UAE counsel before commercial launch.
