Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled from the company billing page and remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Failed payments may enter a grace period followed by read-only access.

Refund eligibility, notice periods, data-retention timing, and exceptions must be finalized with UAE legal and accounting advice before accepting live payments.
