We process account, company, employee, rider, payroll, document, complaint, inventory, security-log, and billing identifiers supplied by customers.

Purpose

Information is used to provide, secure, support, and bill the service. Payment-card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by Orbit Workforce.

Company responsibility

Each subscribing company determines which workforce information it enters and is responsible for notices, permissions, retention, and lawful processing.

Retention and security

Workspace data is tenant-isolated and retained through the subscription and applicable post-cancellation period. Customers may request export or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Contact and legal review

Add the operating company’s registered details, privacy contact, subprocessors, cross-border transfer terms, and UAE data-protection disclosures before commercial launch.
